How can I re-install the drivers?

Before reinstalling drivers you must first uninstall the drivers. Please click your OS to uninstall the drivers:
Windows® 98/98SE/Me/2000/XP
Mac OS® 9.x
Mac OS® X
- Now, you can download and reinstall latest drivers from the download section on Solutions Center. Follow the instructions for "How to download and Install" there.
DCP-115C, DCP-117C, DCP-120C, DCP-315CN, DCP-340CW, MFC-215C
