The LEDs on the control panel of the printer indicate "Drum Error", I cleaned the corona wire but the error did not clear.

 

 

If "Drum Error" is not cleared after you cleaned the corona wire, please do the following:

 

1. Check to see if there is a paper jam. Click here to learn how to clear the paper jam.
    
2. If this error message is not cleared, the drum unit is at the end of its life.  Replace the drum unit with a new one.
