A document is jammed. Please open the top cover and remove the jammed paper by pulling it forward, then try again.
Check the following:
- Open the scanner's top cover and remove the document by pulling it forward.
- Make sure that no piece of paper remains in the scanner, then close the top cover.
- Make sure your document is acceptable for the machine.
