You can check your machine's wireless status by printing the WLAN report. If the wireless connection failed, check the error code on the printed WLAN report.

Follow the steps below to print the WLAN report.

1. Press Settings.
    
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Print Reports and then press Print Reports.
    
3. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display WLAN Report and then press WLAN Report.
    
4. Press Start.

The WLAN report will be printed shortly.

If your WLAN report is stating "Connection OK", although you can not print, refer to "Check the wireless status on the WLAN report" and check "Connection: OK".
