I cannot install the fax driver (brmfcfaxdrv) in Fedora 40 or later, or in its derivatives. (Linux)
You may get this message when trying to install the fax driver:
error: Failed dependencies:
libc.so.6 is needed by brmfcfaxdrv-x.x.x-x.x86_64
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.0) is needed by brmfcfaxdrv-x.x.x-x..x86_64
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.1) is needed by brmfcfaxdrv-x.x.x-x..x86_64
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.4) is needed by brmfcfaxdrv-x.x.x-x..x86_64
If you do, run the following command on the terminal:
sudo dnf install libstdc++.i686
Install the fax driver.
