"JAM A1" / "JAM A2" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?

Follow the procedure below to remove the jammed paper.

Pull out the paper tray.

Remove the jammed paper.

Put the paper tray back in the machine.

Open the Rear Access cover. If there is any jammed paper where the paper comes out, remove it.

Close the Rear Access Cover.
