Enable or disable the Brother machine's USB interface.
Follow the steps below to enable or disable the Brother machine's USB interface.
- Open the front cover.

Press and hold
(Scan to PC) and 
together for about five seconds until the machine beeps. -
To disable USB: press and hold (Scan to PC) and
together for about five seconds until the machine beeps. - The machine reboots.
