Printing on transparancies from a Windows® computer

Using this printer it is possible to print on transparanices.


  • To do this, you must load the transparancies into the standard paper cassette or the optional Legal Cassette (HL-2600CN), A4/Letter Cassette (HL-3450CN). Up to 50 transparances can be loaded at once.

  • The BR-Script driver does not allow you to select the "Transparancies" option.

Using the PCL Driver

From a Windows® applications such as Microsoft Word, click the "File" menu, and then select the "Print" option. You will see a dialogue similar to the one below:

  1. Check the "Properties" button to display the printer driver setting.
  1. Click the "Basic" tab.

  2. Select the "Media Type" down down menu and click "Transparancies".
  1. When you have selected the appropriate option, click the "OK" button to return to the print dialogue of your Windows application.
