The printer prints unexpectedly or it prints incorrect characters.

  • Cancel the print job from your computer. Then, turn the printer off and on, or reset the printer and try your print job again.

  • Make sure your application software is correctly set up to use this printer. Check the printer driver settings or printer settings in your application software.
