FAQs & Troubleshooting

My machine has no power.

If the batteries are weak or the wrong power adapter is used, it can cause the machine not to power up.

  • If you are using batteries, replace all of them with new six "AA" batteries. Follow the pictures in the batteries compartment on positioning the "+" POSITIVE end of the batteries.

  • If using an AC power adapter, check the rating of the adapter. The label on the adapter should list the OUTPUT as 9.5VDC 1300mA. The label should also indicate the "+" POSITIVE and the "-" NEGATIVE contacts of the adapter plug. The outside surface of tip at the end of the plug should be "+" POSITIVE and the inside contact should be "-" NEGATIVE. Using a wrong adapter can damage the machine internally and void the warranty. The recommend adapter for this machine is the AD60.
