The indicator lights and flashes to indicate your printer's status. The symbols used in this FAQ explain the meaning of the different indicator colors and patterns:
Is the correct media roll installed?
Check that the correct media, for example, type (die-cut label or continuous length tape) and die-cut label size, is installed.
The access point could not be found.
→ Try to connect again.
An access point for establishing a connection could not be specified.
→ Confirm the WPS setting environment (distance between the access point and the printer, presence of obstructions, and so on) for the access point, and then configure the WPS settings for the printer again.
Memory Full!
Memory full error
Print jobs exceeding 1m (39.37″) or incompatible files cannot be printed.
There is not enough internal memory available when you try to save a label file.
→ Delete any unnecessary files, and then print again.
Invalid Database Record
Database search error
There is no database with the specified number. Specify a correct number.
The search for a template with a linked database fails.
→ Search again.
No Template Selected
No template error
There is no template with the specified number. Specify a correct number.
When printing a template, the specified template does not exist.
→ Select the correct template, and then print again.
