What should I do if I forgot my CanvasWorkspaceID and password for Artspira?

The browser will be launched from the link displayed on the login screen, and the page on CanvasWorkspace (WEB) will be displayed.

Please reissue your ID or reset your password on each page.

 

 

Forgot my Login ID

  1. When the following screen appears, enter your email address and birthday, and then click [Send].

  2. An email message will be sent to the registered email address. Specify a Login ID.
     

Forgot my password

  1. When the following screen appears, enter your registered login ID, email address and birthday, and then click [Send].

  2. An email message for re-registering a password will be sent to the registered email address. Specify a new password.
