The error could be caused by any of the following:
The USB cable is loose.
Check that it is correctly connected
The DK Roll is not installed correctly.
Remove and reinstall it.
There is not enough label left.
Install a new label roll.
The DK Roll compartment cover is open.
Close it correctly.
A print error or transmission error occurs.
