I registered with CanvasWorkspace, but the email did not arrive.

  • Check that the email address you registered is correct.

 

 

  • Have spam filters, etc., been set?
    If the spam filters, etc., have been set, the registration mail from CanvasWorkspace (@brother.com) cannot be received correctly.

    Check the mail in the spam folder. If it arrived into the spam folder, register the CanvasWorkspace according to the instruction in the email.
    If it didnʼt arrive into the spam folder, change the setting so that you can receive mail from "@ brother.com", and then contact the Brother Customer Service.
     

    Spam filter settings differ depending on the device. For details, refer to the manual for your device.
