How to link accounts
By linking your Artspira and CanvasWorkspace accounts, you can transfer data to SDX from both Artspira and CanvasWorkspace.
- If you chose to use a CanvasWorkspace account when you started using Artspira, it will be automatically linked. In that case, account linking is not required.
- US users were unable to use their CanvasWorkspace account when creating an account using Artspira for the first time. For US users, please link your accounts if you want to use your machine with both Artspira and CanvasWorkspace.
Step1 : Select [Account] from Settings on the Home screen.
Step2 : Select [User Information] from the Account screen.
Step3 : Select [Link for CanvasWorkspace] from User Information screen.
Step4 : Enter your CanvasWorkspace ID and password to complete to account linking.
- Artspira ID and CanvasWorkspace ID are independent even if you can transfer data by linking accounts.
- When stopping services, please unsubscribe for each service.
The ID displayed on the machine setting screen is the account ID when you enter the PIN code for each service. If account linking is completed, data can be transferred even if the displayed ID is different.
*Special case
- Once, Artspira ID is linked to a specific CanvasWorkspace ID, it cannot be linked to another CanvasWorkspace ID. By unsubscribing from a linked Artspira ID, you will be able to re-link another CanvasWorkspace ID.

If you want to link to a different CanvasWorkspace ID, please follow these steps:
Step1 : Unsubscribe from Artspira.
Step2 : Log in with the new Artspira ID you want to link, and link with the unlinked CanvasWorkspace ID.
