My computer cannot access the SD card via the Micro USB Cable.
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

Check if the Micro USB Cable is connected to your computer.
If not, connect the Micro USB Cable to your scanner and your computer.

Check if SD is displayed on scanner's display (hereinafter called LCD).
If PC is displayed on the LCD instead of SD, your scanner is in TWAIN mode.
Press Start / OK, and then display SD on the LCD to change to Mass Storage mode (SD mode).

Check if the Wi-Fi® switch is set to OFF.
If not, slide the Wi-Fi® switch to OFF.

Check if a document is being scanned from your scanner.
If so, wait until the scanning is finished. The SD card's folder will be displayed on your computer screen when scanning is finished.
