Erase the messages stored in my Brother machine's built-in Message Center.
To erase the messages stored in your Brother machine's built-in Message Center (TAD), follow one of these procedures:
- To erase the messages individually, SECTION A: ERASING VOICE MESSAGES INDIVIDUALLY.
- To erase all of the stored messages at once, SECTION B: ERASING ALL VOICE MESSAGES AT ONCE.
SECTION A: ERASING VOICE MESSAGES INDIVIDUALLY
- If your Brother machine has the PLAY/RECORD or PLAY key on its control panel:
- Press the PLAY/RECORD or PLAY key.
- Press the ERASE while the message is playing.
- Press YES to confirm.
- Press the STOP/EXIT key.
- If not:
- Press
(Message Center) or 
(Digital TAD) on the touch screen.
- Press ICM.
- Press the UP OR DOWN ARROW to display the message you want to delete.
- Press the message you want to delete.
- Press ERASE key while the message is playing.
- Press YES to confirm.
- Press the STOP/EXIT key.
SECTION B: ERASING ALL VOICE MESSAGES AT ONCE
- If your Brother machine has the ERASE key on its control panel:
- Press the ERASE key.
The LCD will ask you if you want to delete all messages.
- Press YES to confirm.
- Press the STOP/EXIT key.
- If not:
- Press
(Message Center) or 
(Digital TAD) on the touch screen.
- Press ICM.
- Press ERASE ALL.
The LCD will ask you if you want to delete all messages.
- Press YES.
- Press the STOP/EXIT key.
