I tried to send an embroidery file from Design Center or Design Database to Layout & Editing, but the embroidery data was not imported to Layout & Editing.
[Cause of the problem]
Due to conflicts with other interoperating applications or resident software, it may not be possible to send embroidery data from Design Center or Design Database to Layout & Editing.
[Copying process]
As the update will correct the problem, get the latest version of update program for PE-DESIGN that you already use and update your PE-DESIGN to the latest version.
* How to update the program to the latest version.
- Activate Layout & Editing.
- Click Help on the menu bar, and then Check for Updates.
It begins to check for the latest program. - If it is not the latest program, the update dialog will open.
Then follow the steps and update the program.
