Send a Fax at a Specified Time (Delayed Fax)
You can store up to 50 faxes in the machine's memory to be sent within the next twenty-four hour period.
- Load your document.
- Press
. - Press [On].
- Press [Set Time].
- To enter the time you want the fax to be sent, do one of the following:
If you set [12h Clock] in the [Clock Type] setting, enter the time in 12-hour format.
Press the
button to select [AM] or [PM], and then press [OK]. If you set [24h Clock] in the [Clock Type] setting, enter the time in 24-hour format and then press [OK].
(For example, enter 19:45 for 7:45 PM.)
- Press [OK].
- Enter the fax number.
- Press [Fax Start].
