My automatic threader is not working.

  1. Check the needle is raised to its highest point.  Press the needle position button. The thread cassette indicator will light up green. 
  2. Check the needle is installed correctly. Install the needle making sure the flat side is facing the back.
  3. Check the thread cartridge is threaded correctly.
