My automatic threader is not working.
- Check the needle is raised to its highest point. Press the needle position button. The thread cassette indicator will light up green.
- Check the needle is installed correctly. Install the needle making sure the flat side is facing the back.
- Check the thread cartridge is threaded correctly.
