The printed label contains blank horizontal lines.
There may be some dust on the print head. Clean the print head as follows:

Turn off the machine's power.

Open the back cover.
-
Remove the tape cassette and the batteries.
-
Gently wipe the print head with a dry cotton swab.
-
Use the cotton swab to wipe up and down along each roller while rotating them with your finger.
