I cannot print large characters on the heat shrink tube HSe 3:1.
Follow the steps below to increase the character size.
Update the firmware to the latest version using the Firmware Update Tool.
You can download the Firmware Update Tool from your model's [Downloads] page on this website.
PT-E550W: some label editing and print settings (for example, the cut options) will be reset to the factory settings.
Make sure that the heat shrink tube cassette is installed in the printer.
Press the button for the type of labels you want to create, and then set the [No Margins] option to [On] on the "HEAT SHRINK TUBE" setting screen of the LCD.
If the top or bottom edges of the printed characters are missing or blurred, adjust the vertical position of the text by specifying the values between [-7] and [+7] in the [V.Offset] field on the "HEAT SHRINK TUBE" setting screen.
