常见问题解答与故障排除

The printer stops printing, the power LED blinks in red, and my mobile device displays an error message.

Make sure that you:
- Do not press the cutter lever while printing.
- Do not pull on the tape while printing.

 

Do the following:

 

  1. If the application you use (such as iPrint&Label or P-touch Design&Print) displays any errors, tap the [OK] button to clear them.
     
  2. If any tape remains in the printer, feed and cut the tape. For more information, see "The printer stops while printing, or the tape is cut in the middle of the text. (P-touch Design&Print / Design&Print 2)".
     
  3. Turn off the printer and then turn it on again.
     
  4. Try to print again.
