This message means the fax memory is full. Do one of the following to clear the message:

• Delete all faxes in the list (For some models with Fax Preview)
  
  
• Turn off Memory Receive
  
  
• Print the faxes that are in the memory (Click here to see information for it.)
  
  

Delete all faxes in the list (For some models with Fax Preview)

1. Press (Fax).
   
   
2. Press (Received Faxes).
   
   
3. Press Print/Delete.
   
   
4. Do one of the following:
   
   
   • To delete all new faxes, press Delete All (New Faxes).
     
     
   • To delete all old faxes, press Delete All (Old Faxes).
   
   
   
5. Press Yes to confirm.
   
   
6. Press (Home).

Turn off Memory Receive

1. Press (Settings).
   
   
2. Press All Settings.
   
   
3. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Fax.
   
   
4. Press Fax.
   
   
5. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Setup Receive.
   
   
6. Press Setup Receive.
   
   
7. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Memory Receive.
   
   
8. Press Memory Receive.
   
   
9. Press Off.
   
   
10. If received faxes remain in your machine's memory when you change the Memory Receive Operations, the Touchscreen will ask you one of the following questions:
    
      Print All Fax?
    
      Erase All Fax (Doc)?
    
    If you press Yes , faxes in the memory will be erased or printed before the setting changes. If a backup copy has already been printed it will not be printed again.
