The LEDs on the control panel of the printer indicate "Drum Error". Though I cleaned the corona wire, this error message was not cleared. What can I do?

If "Drum Error" was not cleared even though you cleared the corona wire, please do the following;

Check to see if there is no paper jam. Click here to learn how to clear the paper jams.
If this error message is not cleared, the drum unit is the end of its life. Replace the drum unit with a new one.
