Canceling a Broadcast in progress.
To cancel a Broadcast in progress, follow these steps:

Press Menu and choose Fax => Remaining Jobs.
The machine's LCD will show the fax number or name being dialed and the Broadcast job number.
For example, #001 0123456789; Broadcast #001.

Do one of the following:

If you want to only cancel sending to the number currently being dialed, press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to choose the fax number being dialed.

If you want to cancel the entire Broadcast, press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to choose the Broadcast job number.

Press the OK key.

Press 1 to confirm the cancellation.

If you chose to only cancel the number currently being dialed in STEP 2, go to STEP 5.

If you chose to cancel the entire Broadcast in STEP 2, go to STEP 6.

Do one of the following:

Press 1 to cancel the entire Broadcast.

Press 2 to exit.

Press the STOP/EXIT key.
