    • 在您要進行韌體更新時, 請確認您要更新的機器不是在忙碌中. 並且, 確認在執行韌體更新工具前已將機器內記憶體資料清除完畢.
     
    • 請於您的電腦上確認以下事項.
      • 請打開印表機內容, 然後使用列印測試頁來查看列印成果是否正確.
      • 請關閉所有正在執行的應用程式與系統列的常駐程式.
      • 如果您使用Windows XP SP2 防火牆或其他防火牆軟體請您暫時關閉此軟體.
     
    • 僅有在以下的狀況條件下, 您才能順利更新韌體.
      • 收到的傳真資料沒有殘存在記憶體中. , 請參考 'User's Guide' 來查看如何清除記憶體的操作方式.
      • 傳送的傳真資料沒有殘存在記憶體中. (延時傳送工作或是重新傳送工作).
      • 沒有 ICM (來電訊息) 聲音資料. 請參考 'User's Guide' 來查看如何清除 ICM (來電訊息)的操作方式.
      • 此台機器目前沒有在執行傳真撥號.
      • 此台機器目前沒有在執行文件掃描t.
      • 此台機器目前沒有在執行影印 / 或是在進行影印設定(影印模式, 影印份數等..).
      • 此台機器上沒有任何記憶卡插入.
      • 此台機器目前並非在設定選單.
      • 電話線並非在佔線或是進線狀態. 建議先拔除您的電話線( 以避免有電話進線).
      • 此台機器上的LCD顯示螢幕沒以錯誤訊息.
      • 如果您使用Macintosh電腦，一定要安裝列印機驅動程式或CUPS列印機驅動程式。
     

    以下的資料將會在更新韌體時被刪除.
