Error Solution
No Data Stored
  • Make sure the login name you use to access your machine is the same as your PC login name.
  • Make sure the print server's shared printer driver is Brother Pull Print Driver and try to print with it.

Active Directory

Error Solution
Authentication Error
  • Make sure the service account’s username and password are correct.
  • Make sure the “Attribute of Card ID” in the LDAP settings is correct.
  • Make sure the machine’s date and time are set correctly.
Internal Error
  • Make sure the machine is connected to the network.
  • Make sure all settings are configured correctly.
  • Restart the machine.
LDAP Error
  • Make sure the domain controller is configured correctly and connected to the network.
  • Make sure the machine is connected to the network.
Server Busy

The server is busy. Try again later.

Server Timeout
  • Domain controller does not exist.
  • Domain controller did not connect to the network.
  • Make sure the machine is connected to the network.
Wrong Date & Time

You must configure the SNTP protocol (network time server) or set the date, time and time zone correctly for all authentication methods. The time must match the time used by the Kerberos Server and CIFS Server.

Cannot connect to the print server

Error Solution
Authentication Error
  • Make sure the username and password in the authentication setting are correct, and that the account used has sufficient permissions to write/read to each user’s home folder.
  • Make sure the SNTP time server is configured correctly. If there is no SNTP server, make sure the Date&Time and Time Zone settings are set correctly by using Web Based Management or the machine's control panel.
Communication error

Your machine cannot access the destination folder.

  • Make sure the folder name is correct.
  • Make sure the folder is write-enabled.
Server Timeout

Your machine fails to connect the server.

Make sure your network connection and the folder settings are correct.
