Carbon copy printing allows you to automatically print one page of data on different kinds of paper by changing the paper source. You can make copies as though you are printing on carbon paper using a dot matrix printer. For example, you can print ‘Data A’ to ‘Sheet 1’ which is blue colored paper and then to ‘Sheet 2’ which is yellow colored and has some information already printed on it. If you put paper for ‘Sheet 1’ in Tray 1 and paper for ‘Sheet 2’ in the MP tray, the printer will automatically feed paper for ‘Sheet 1’ from Tray 1 and ‘Sheet 2’ from the MP tray.
