How to select the printer driver (TCP/IP)

Turn the power of the printer ON.

From the Go menu, select Applications.

Open the Utilities folder.

Double click the Printer Setup Utility icon. (Mac OS® X 10.2.x users, click the Print Center icon.)

Click Add.

Select IP Printer.

Enter the IP address of the printer into the Address box.

When specifying the Queue Name, use the value brnxxxxxx_p1_at for a wired network or brwxxxxxx_p1_at for a wireless network (where xxxxxx are the last 6 digits of the Ethernet address).

From the Print Using pull-down list select your model. For example, select Brother HL-4050CDN BR-Script3.

Click Add and the printer will be available from the Printer List.
