Setting the dial tone to Detection will shorten the dial tone detect pause.

(USA) Press Menu, 0, 4.
(Canada) Press Menu, 0, 5.

Bsymbol.utri    Detection
Bsymbol.dtri    No Detection
Select Bsymbol.utriBsymbol.dtri or OK

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Detection or No Detection
Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.
