Sending a 2-sided fax from the ADF

You can send a 2-sided document from the ADF. To cancel a fax in progress press Stop/Exit.

1	Make sure you are in Fax mode .
2	Place your document in the ADF.
3	Press Duplex.
4	Dial the fax number. (See How to dial.)
5	Press Mono Start.

Note

Legal size 2-sided documents cannot be faxed from the ADF.

You need to choose the duplex scanning format before you send a fax. The format you choose will depend on the layout of your 2-sided document.

Do one of the following:

If your document is flipped on the Long edge, press

to choose Long edge.

Press OK.

If your document is flipped on the Short edge, press

to choose Short edge.

Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.
