When the beeper is on, the machine will beep when you press a key, make a mistake or after you send or receive a fax.
You can choose a range of volume levels, from High to Off.
| 1 | Press Menu. |
| 2 | Press  or  to choose General Setup. Press OK. |
| 3 | Press or to choose Volume. Press OK. |
| 4 | Press or to choose Beeper. Press OK. |
| 5 | Press or to choose Low, Med, High or OffPress OK. |
| 6 | Press Stop/Exit. |
