If you choose Fax Preview you can view received faxes on the LCD by pressing the
Fax Preview key. When the machine is in Ready mode, a popup message will appear on the LCD to alert you of new faxes. (See
How to preview a fax.) You can continue all operations.
Setting Fax Preview
| 1 | Press Menu. |
| 2 | Press  or  to choose Fax. Press OK. |
| 3 | Press or to choose Advanced Fax Operation. Press OK. |
| 4 | Press or to choose Forward/Store. Press OK. |
| 5 | Press or to choose Fax Preview. Press OK. |
| 6 | Press Stop/Exit.  Note | | Your machine cannot preview colour faxes. It will print the colour faxes it receives. |
