Adjusting Brightness, Contrast and Colour

Brightness

To temporarily change the brightness setting, follow the instructions below:

Make sure you are in Copy mode Graphic.

Load your document.

Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies (up to 99).

Press Copy Options and
Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to select Brightness.
Press OK.
   -Bsymbol.squBsymbol.squBsymbol.squfBsymbol.squBsymbol.squ+ Bsymbol.vtri

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to make the copy lighter or darker.
Press OK.

Press Mono Start or Colour Start.
To change the default setting follow the instructions below:

Press Menu, 3, 2.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to make the copy lighter or darker.
Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.

Contrast

Adjust the contrast to help an image look sharper and more vivid.
To change the default setting follow the instructions below:

Press Menu, 3, 3.
3.Contrast

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to change the contrast.
Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.

Colour saturation

The colour saturation can only be changed through the default setting.

Press Menu, 3, 4.
4.Color Adjust

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to select 1.Red, 2.Green or 3.Blue.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to change the colour saturation.
Press OK.

Do one of the following:
• 
Return to 2 to select the next colour.
• 
Press Stop/Exit.
