Secure Polling restricts who can retrieve the documents you set up to be polled.
Secure Polling only works with Brother fax machines. If another person wants to retrieve a fax from your machine they will have to enter the secure code.

| 5 | Enter a four-digit number. Press OK. 1.Doc 2.Memory |

| 6 | Do one of the following: | • | Press 1 to leave the documents waiting in the ADF. If you want to use the ADF before your machine is polled, you must cancel the job. | | • | Press 2 to scan the document into the memory. |
