Paper options

Paper Type

If you are copying on special paper, set the machine for the type of paper you are using to get the best print quality.

1	Make sure you are in Copy mode .
2	Load your document.
3	Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies (up to 99).
4	Press Copy Options and or to choose Paper Type. Press OK.
5	Press or to choose the type of paper you are using (Plain Paper, Inkjet Paper, Brother BP71, Other Glossy or Transparency). Press OK.
6	Press Mono Start or Colour Start.

Paper Size

If you are copying on paper other than A4 size, you will need to change the paper size setting. You can copy on A4, A5, Photo 10 × 15 cm, Letter or Legal paper.

Make sure you are in Copy mode

Load your document.

Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies (up to 99).

Press Copy Options and

to choose Paper Size.

Press OK.

Press

to choose the size of paper you are using (A4, A5, 10(W) x 15(H)cm, Letter or Legal).

Press OK.

Press Mono Start or Colour Start.
