Sending a fax manually
Manual transmission lets you hear the dialling, ringing and fax-receiving tones while sending a fax.

Press

Fax
).

Load your document.

To listen for a dial tone pick up the handset of an external telephone.

Dial the fax number.

When you hear the fax tone, press
Mono Start
or
Colour Start
.
If you are using the scanner glass press

on the machine to send a fax.

Replace the handset.
