Cleaning the LED heads

WARNING WARNING
DO NOT use any flammable substances, spray or organic solvent/liquids containing alcohol/ammonia to clean the inside or outside of the machine. Doing this may cause a fire or electrical shock. For more information see Important safety instructions.
CAUTION IMPORTANT
DO NOT touch the windows of the LED heads with your fingers.

Before you clean the inside of the machine, turn off the machine. Unplug the power cord from the electrical socket.

Fully open the top cover by lifting up on the handle (1).

CAUTION IMPORTANT
When the scanner is open, you cannot open the top cover.

Wipe the windows of the LED heads (1) with a dry, lint-free cloth. Be careful not to touch the windows of the LED heads (1) with your fingers.

Close the top cover of the machine.

Plug the machine’s power cord back into the electrical socket. Turn on the machine.
