Change the Copy Shortcut Button Settings Using Web Based Management

Start Brother Mobile Connect on your mobile device.
Tap your model name on the top of the screen.
Tap All Machine Settings.
Web Based Management appears.
If required, type the password in the Login field, and then tap Login.

The default password to manage this machine’s settings is located on the back of the machine and marked "Pwd".
Go to the navigation menu, and then tap Copy>Copy Shortcut.

Start from , if the navigation menu is not shown on the left side of the screen.

Select the copy preset you want to use as Copy Shortcut from the Copy Preset drop-down list.

Select the Colour Setting option.
Tap Submit.

When selecting the 2in1 ID (2in1 ID Horizontal), 2in1 ID (2in1 ID Vertical), or 2in1 option:

After the machine has scanned the first side, the Power LED blinks slowly. Turn over the identification card and press Copy Shortcut to scan the other side.
