Send a Fax Manually
Manual fax transmission lets you hear the dialling, ringing and fax-receiving tones while sending a fax.
- Press
[Fax]. 
If the Fax Preview option is set to [On], press . - Pick up the handset of the external telephone.
- Dial the fax number you want to call.
- When you hear the fax tone, press [Fax Start].
If you are using the scanner glass, press [Send].
- Replace the handset of the external telephone.
