Add a Universal Print-enabled Printer to Your Computer

  1. Do one of the following:
    • For Windows 11
      1. Click image>Settings>Bluetooth & devices>Printers & scanners>Add device.
      2. Select Work or school from the Show printers and scanners associated with my drop-down list.
    • For Windows 10
      1. Click image>image>Devices>Printers & scanners>Add a printer or scanner.
      2. Select Work or school printer & scanner from the drop-down list.
  2. Select your machine registered as a Universal Print-enabled printer from the list, and then click Add device.
You can now print with the machine you registered as a Universal Print-enabled printer.
