When faxing Letter size documents, you will need to set the scan glass size to Letter; otherwise, a portion of your faxes will be missing.
| 1 | Make sure you are in Fax mode  . |
| 2 | Press Menu, 1, 7, 1. |
| 3 | Press  or  to choose Letter. Press OK. |
| 4 | Press Stop/Exit. |
