Erasing incoming messages
To erase voice messages individually

Press
Play/Record
.
The machine will sound a two second beep and begins message playback. Each message is preceded by one long beep, and followed by two short beeps.

To erase a specific message, press
Erase/Hold
immediately after the two short beeps, or while the message is playing.

Do one of the following:
•
Press
1
to erase the message.
•
Press
2
to cancel.

Press
Stop/Exit
