Sequential polling (Monochrome only)

Sequential polling lets you request documents from several fax machines in one operation.

Press Graphic (Fax).

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Polling RX.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Standard, Secure or Timer.
Press OK.

Do one of the following:
• 
If you chose Standard, go to step 5.
• 
If you chose Secure, enter a four-digit number, press OK, go to step 5.
• 
If you chose Timer, enter the time (24-hour format) you want to begin polling and press OK, go to step 5.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Broadcasting.
Press OK.

Press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Add Number.
Press OK.

Enter a number using Speed-Dial, a Group, or dial pad.
Press OK.

Repeat steps 6 and 7 for all the fax numbers you want to poll, and then press Bsymbol.utri or Bsymbol.dtri to choose Complete.
Press OK.

Press Mono Start.
The machine polls each number or group in turn for a document.
Press Stop/Exit while the machine is dialling to cancel the polling process.
