The following reports are available:
| • | Prints a Transmission Verification Report for your last transmission. |
| • | A help list about how to quickly program your machine. |
| • | Quick-Dial Lists names and numbers stored in the Speed-Dial memory, in alphabetical or numerical order. |
| • | Fax Journal Lists information about the last incoming and outgoing faxes. (TX: Transmit.) (RX: Receive.) |
| • | User Settings Lists your settings. |
| • | Lists your Network settings. |
How to print a report
| 1 | Press Menu. |
| 2 | Press  or  to choose Print Reports. Press OK. |
| 3 | Press or to choose the report you want. Press OK. |
| 4 | Press Mono Start. |
