Adjusting Brightness and Contrast

To temporarily change the brightness setting, follow the instructions below:

Make sure you are in Copy mode

Load your document.

Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies (up to 99).

Press Copy Options and

to choose Brightness.

Press OK.

Press

to make a lighter or darker copy. Press OK.

Press Mono Start or Colour Start.

To change the default setting follow the instructions below:

1	Press Menu, 3, 2.
2	Press or to make a lighter or darker copy. Press OK.
3	Press Stop/Exit.

Adjust the contrast to help an image look sharper and more vivid.

Press Menu, 3, 3.

Press

to change the contrast. Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.
