Transfer Faxes to Another Fax Machine

You must set up your Station ID before transferring faxes to another fax machine.

  1. Press image [Settings]>[All Settings]>[Service]>[Data Transfer]>[Fax Transfer].
  2. Do one of the following:
    • If the LCD displays [No Data], there are no faxes left in the machine’s memory. Press [Close]. Press image.
    • Enter the fax number to which faxes will be forwarded.
  3. Press [Fax Start].
