Register a Number in the Block List

If you do not want to receive faxes or calls from specific numbers, register the numbers to the block list. The machine can register up to 100 fax or telephone numbers from the caller ID memory.

  • You must apply for the Caller ID service at your local telephone company.
  • The number you want to register must be stored in the caller ID memory.
  • The Caller ID feature is not available in some countries.

  1. Press image [Settings]>[All Settings]>[Fax]>[Incoming limit]>[Block List]>[Register].
    The machine displays the numbers in the caller ID memory.
  2. Swipe up or down or press image or image to display the number you want to register, and then press it.
  3. Press [Yes].
  4. Press image.
